Artist Spotlight: Joy Garnett

Joy Garnett

Joy's works include a variet of disaster scenes, from crazy weather conditions, to houses on fire. Her most famous work is probably the Molotov Man. But all of her works have the same, almost blurry feel to them. I think it adds a bit of movement to the work, which I actually enjoy that type of style in general. It reminds me a lot of Degas' style. Overall, very interesting scenes of destruction and chaos.
